Returns:
--If an item you receives arrives broken or seems defective in any way, simply contact us and we will send out a replacement or issue credit to your account, whichever your prefer.
--Non-defective/non-damaged returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days and we will credit your account minus a 25% restocking fee.
--Returns you are responsible for shipping and handling of the packages.
--Make sure all packages are in their original packages, boxes, invoices and with all materials or you will not receive a refund!
--Contest Entries open to all ages groups. Younger children are allowed to draw a picture with 1 to 2 sentences. Ages 1 1/2-6
--Parents if helping your child with sentences it most be in their own words.
---Once we select who wins the contest the prize will be shipped to the person who won, please enclose email address.
---Winners will show on our site as first name, last intial for privacy rights, and state.
--If Checks bounce banks charge $30.00 fee. Checks must clear before items are sent out.
--Post Office Money Orders Only Must Clear before products are sent out.
